Triton Environmental Consultants Ltd. (Triton) is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Operations Manager to lead a well-established and growing team of over 70 diverse environmental professionals in our Calgary office.

Triton is an employee-owned environmental consulting firm with 30 years of experience responding to the environmental needs of resource developers across all sectors, as well as all levels of government. Our clients look to us to provide a wide range of scientific, technical, and management expertise that merge to provide practical environmental solutions. Triton’s offices are geographically situated to provide effective service delivery within Western Canada. Our multi-disciplinary team comprises environmental professionals specializing in aquatic and terrestrial biology, soil science, vegetation ecology, environmental assessment, environmental auditing, environmental monitoring/inspection, and resource management.

As Operations Manager you will lead the operation in terms of staffing, the delivery of regional work, and ensuring that the operation is aligned and integrated with the company. You will provide overall direction and leadership for your team to ensure you achieve performance targets in areas such as revenue, profitability, staff development, growth, and project delivery. You will maintain and develop regional client relationships and work with the senior managers of Triton to strategically expand the business. In addition, you will work with the other senior managers in delivering work across the company and planning for Triton’s future.
